Sometimes Jackson Provider Is Used for "application/json" instead of EclipseLink MOXy Implementation.

The provider is changed by restarting WebLogic or redeploying the JAX-RS application.

Some behavior is different between jackson and EclipseLink MOXy implementation for "application/json" media type.
