After upgrading OSB from 11.1.1.6 to 12.2.1.0.0, Coherence Cluster Shows DOWN in EM console.

There is a known issue in Enterprise Manager 12.2.1.0.0 fixed in <Bug 25394317>. But the issue persists even after applying the patch.
