Alter Extract To A Timestamp Isn't Working Correctly For GoldenGate For DB2/zOS

 When we stop the Z/OS extract and alter back to a timestamp (example....alter extractname BEGIN 2016-01-10 08:00:00") and restart it, it appears to be running except that the checkpoint RBA doesn't appear correct. If you execute a "send extractname status" command the read checkpoint it moving but the extract isn't capturing any operations.

If we delete and re-add the extract wiht the same timestamp, it's able to locate the correct spot in the log, the LSN that gets updated appears in the correct format and the extract captures operations as expected.
