Symptoms

User encountered the following error while install Tuxedo 12.1.3 RP078.

Verifying environment and performing prerequisite checks...
OPatch expects unique patch ID (UPI) or temporary unique patch ID (TUPI) to be
defined for a patch. Please use OPack to re-package the patch "23125205" with U
PI.
Recommended actions: Please look at log file to locate the prerequisite that fai
led. Invoke 'opatch apply -report' or 'opatch rollback -report'.

OPatch failed with error code = 30
