Certification Exported From the Inbox Is Missing Entitlements (Doc ID 2239956.1)

Symptoms

Certifications exported using the "Export to Excel" option from the Inbox are missing the Entitlement section.

 

Test Case:

From OIM Self Service -> Compliance -> Identity Certification -> Certification Configuration. From the Certification Configuration page, select Enable Certification Reports and Save your change.

Create a User Certification definition for a single user, the user should have a minimum of 1 role on top of ALL users role, 1 application instance and 1 entitlement provisioned.  Set the reviewer as xelsysadm and run the certification.

Click on the Inbox, select the certification, and select Export To Excel. Open and observe that it contains the Role and App Instance sections but there is no section for Entitlements.

Now click on Compliance, click Identity Certification -> Dashboard -> click the certification and select Export To Excel. Open and observe that it contains the Role, App Instance and Entitlement sections as expected.
