Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users have to login to twice to OIM identity webpages. After entering the correct password, login prompt show up again. After entering the password correctly the 2nd time, users can get to selfservice webpages.
This happens on the load balancer URL but not when directly logged on server URL issue is not reproduced.
User should login in single attempt when given a right password.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the OIM load balancer URL
2. Enter the user ID and password with right credentials
3. The login screen will appear again, When login credentials are entered for the second time the login is successful .
