Symptoms

Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g with Directory Integration Platform (DIP).

Provisioning profile is not sending changes to registered database (DB), e.g., for eBusiness Suite (EBS) or Oracle Label Security (OLS).

Enterprise Manager (EM) Fusion Middleware (FMW) Control console > Identity and Access > DIP > Execution Summary for Provisioning Profile(s) shows:

Profile Job Status: Not Available
