WebLogic Diagnostic Modules Thread Deadlock (Doc ID 2241565.1)

Symptoms

Using WLDF, two Diagnostic Modules were created that target Managed Server 1 and Managed Server2 (clustered) to harvest data for the OverallHealthState. After awhile, deadlock occurred on JMS Server1. JMS Server2  continues to harvest data fine:
