EBS Forms in a Cloned Instance(EBS) Hangs when you Click on the Zoom Icon to Launch the Managed Attachments Screen

EBS form hangs when you click on the Zoom icon for launching the Webcenter Content Managed Attachments (MA) screen. This happens with an EBusiness Suite (EBS) instance which has been cloned from an existing working EBS instance.
No errors are reported in any of the EBS, IPM or Webcenter Content logs.
