Symptoms
Pages Not Rendering Correctly and Contributor UI Search failing: FileNotFoundException (permission denied) and GENERIC SERVER ERROR errors seen in log.
WHAT IS NOT WORKING:
- Pages are not loading full content of page (e.g. certain pagelet sections are blank).
- In the Contributor UI, searching for an asset fails with an error like "An exception occurred on the server while executing UI/Data/Search/Search: FileNotFoundException: /{Shared_fs}/lucene/Global/segments_3dfw (Permission denied)"
WHAT IS WORKING:
- Able to login to UI
When rendering pages, errors like the following are seen in the log:
