1.WebLogic Server and OS: WebLogic Server 10.3.6PSU7 on Linux Red Hat Enterprise 6 x86-64.

2.Oracle JDK 1.6.0_121

3.JVM options:-Xms4096m -Xmx4096m

SOAPFaultException occurred after running Test Program with the exception stack trace below:
