Oracle Access Manager 11gr2ps3 (OAM 22.214.171.124.x) Federation - Custom Error Page - "Account Lockout" Redirection not Working as Expected

- Oracle Access Manager 11gr2ps3 (OAM 188.8.131.52.170117(BP09)) Federation - Custom Error Page - "Account Lockout" Redirection not Working as Expected
- Configured OAM 11g R2 PS3(184.108.40.206.0) as an IDP and integrated with 3rd party application for federated SSO.
- When a user enter invalid credentials 5 times, on the 6th try, user being redirected to out-of-the-box ORACLE Access Manager Lockout Error page instead of the custom error page.
- OAM 11g R2 PS3(220.127.116.11.0) doesn’t handle Federation Flow for account lockout scenario or options to redirect to custom logon page.
