Running reports from Forms in 12c using RUN_REPORT_OBJECT() fails with the following error:

FRM-93562: the runtime process has terminated abnormally

Reports run fine independently of Oracle Forms.

COMPONENT_CONFIG_PATH variable is defined in default.env or custom .env file.
