Symptoms

Trying to install Form and Reports 12.2.1.x on Solaris 11 remotely.

The minimum Solaris System requirements is fulfilled as per Oracle Fusion Middleware System Requirements and Specifications document:

The installation of Forms and Report 12.2.1.2.0 keeps failing on Solaris 11.2 with the following errors:
