ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Trying to redirect to external custom login screen as logout redirect URL but it is redirecting to WebCenter Portal login page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After the logout, it should redirect to external custom login screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access and login to the application.
2. Try to logout from the application.
3. Check the logout redirect URL.
