Symptoms

With WebLogic Tuxedo Connector (also known as WTC) configured, the WLS managed server hangs and there are a lot of STUCK threads "Parking to wait for": java/util/concurrent/locks/ReentrantLock$NonfairSync@0xbfc1bdb8.
The following is one of the STUCK thread's stack trace. 

 All the stuck threads are waiting for this lock "ReentrantLock$NonfairSync@0xbfc1bdb8", But there are no threads holding onto the lock "0xbfc1bdb8". The WebLogic managed server is hung and could not process more requests from the remote Tuxedo Domain.
