User Is Unable To View Application Templates In AD-LDS Repository
A user is no longer able to view the available application templates in the AD-LDS repository from the ESSO Logon Manager client.
When the ESSO-LM client starts on the workstation, it synchronizes the application templates and updates the user's local cache. The user should be able to see a list of the available application templates when attempting to add new credentials in the Logon Manager client.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Logon to the workstation.
- Open the Logon Manger client on the user's desktop.
- Click Add to create a new credential.
- Click on the drop down menu bar to select an application but there are no applications listed.
