User Is Unable To View Application Templates In AD-LDS Repository

A user is no longer able to view the available application templates in the AD-LDS repository from the ESSO Logon Manager client.


When the ESSO-LM client starts on the workstation, it synchronizes the application templates and updates the user's local  cache. The user should be able to see a list of the available application templates when attempting to add new credentials in the Logon Manager client.


  1. Logon to the workstation.
  2. Open the Logon Manger client on the user's desktop.
  3. Click Add to create a new credential.
  4. Click on the drop down menu bar to select an application but there are no applications listed.
