Is it possible to use multiple private/public key pair with the AS2 connectivity channel in B2B?

Example:

“You want to create two public keys, each with their own private key. Your various partners would use one of these two keys to send messages to you. In other words for some partners you would provide them (the partner) with one public key for their use and for other partners (say only banks) you would give them a second (different) key to use.”
