Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server

Error when retrieving alternate file after check in a file with both primary and alternate file

ERROR

Error 403--Forbidden From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.4.4 403 Forbidden


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Checkin a content with primary as well as alternate file
  2. Once released, go to content information page
  3. Click on Web location link of the file
