Symptoms
A memory leak occurs when using the JAX-RPC standalone client library ORACLE_HOME/wlserver/modules/clients/com.oracle.webservices.wls.jaxrpc-client.jar. Instances of the com.bea.staxb.buildtime.internal.tylar.RuntimeTylar object are not properly removed from memory and eventually cause degraded performance and OutOfMemoryErrors.
