500 Internal Error When Trying to Log in the OIM Identity Console in A Cloned Environment (Doc ID 2245321.1)

Goal

We are not able to login in OIM 11g application. We are able to access Login Page to pass credential to system but while logging in it fails with error "500 internal error"
