Question On Behavior Of Task Assignment When Proxy Is Set (Doc ID 2245405.1)

Goal

If a proxy is assigned to an User, any approval or certification task assigned to this user directly goes in the proxy's queue and not available in original user's queue/list. Is that feature configurable? If client wants the approval and certification task to be assigned to both original user and the proxy user, can it be achieved?
