(OAM Pilot Release) DCCCtxCookie : "Bad Oracle Access Manager Request" (Doc ID 2245507.1)

Symptoms

OAM 11.1.2.2: accessing a resource protected by ECC webgate after accessing a DCC webgate results in "OAM System Error"

Describe the problem
====================
Accessing an ECC resource after accessing a resource protected by DCC webgate will result in OAM error as DCCCtxCookie is not cleared.

Both DCC and ECC resources use the same AuthScheme.

DCC Scheme has been setup as per the doc below -

SETUP
----
The problem has been replicated in the internal setup

(1) access the DCC webgate resource -
.
http://oam11gr2ps2.vm.oracle.com:7780
but do not login
.
(2) access a resource protected by resource webgate -
http://oam11gr2ps2.vm.oracle.com:7778
login as: user.1/welcome1
.
you will see "Bad Oracle Access Manager Request"-
.
.
.
If you clear DCCCtxCookie before step #2 then you are able to login succesfully.

Also, if you access http://oam11gr2ps2.vm.oracle.com:7778 in a new browser
(without any cookie being set), then login is successful.
