WebLogic Managed Server Status UNKNOWN After Restarting NodeManager with SSL Configured (Doc ID 2245605.1)

Symptoms

WLS domain is running in production mode using JDK 7. Also, SSL has been configured to use JSSE module and TLSv1.2 has been enforced.

AdminServer and Managed server are started with no issues from NodeManager, which works. If for any reason Node Manager is stopped and then restarted, machines become unreachable and below error is observed:
