Intermittent System Error During OTP Generation In OAAM (Doc ID 2246029.1)

Symptoms

The problem is not present in 11gR2PS1 environment. However in PS3, the OTP generation is intermittent. It fails when the OTP is being generated on challengeuser.do?showView=wait.

Key observation. This fails when the challengeuser.do?showView=wait gets refreshed more than two times.
