JDeveloper Crashes When Multi-byte Character(Japanese/Chinese) Is Typed In Java Class File

When an attempt is made to type Multi-byte Character(Japanese/Chinese) in a Java file, the JDeveloper IDE crashes with the stack trace:
2. Issue did not reproduce in JDeveloper 184.108.40.206.0.
3. Issue was seen in JDeveloper 220.127.116.11.0 and 18.104.22.168.0.
