Symptoms

When an attempt is made to type Multi-byte Character(Japanese/Chinese) in a Java file, the JDeveloper IDE crashes with the stack trace:

2. Issue did not reproduce in JDeveloper 12.2.1.0.0.
3. Issue was seen in JDeveloper 12.2.1.1.0 and 12.2.1.2.0.
