NumberFormatException: Users Not Syncing From EBS To OIM Due To Postal Code (Doc ID 2246109.1)

Symptoms

Using the OIM EBS 11g HRMS Connector and no reconciliation event is created if the post code value has alphanumeric like "J3B 8M8" in EBS target.

The exception seen in the log:

 
Steps to reproduce:

1- Install and configure OIM EBS HRMS 11g Connector. 
2- Have a user record in EBS with postal code value as alphanumeric. 
3- Run the HRMS recon job and it will fail to create the recon event in OIM
