How To Detect And Fix Failure Caused By Duplicted WTC (Doc ID 2246276.1)

Goal

User saw the following log entries in Tuxedo ULOG:
085814.<machname>!GWTDOMAIN.5722.1.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1553: INFO: New connection from domain <WTCDomainId> accepted, drop old connection!
085814.<machname>!GWTDOMAIN.5722.1.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1572: INFO: Duplicated connection to remote domain <WTCDomainId>, drop new connection!
085914.<machname>!GWTDOMAIN.5722.1.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1553: INFO: New connection from domain <WTCDomainId> accepted, drop old connection!
085914.<machname>!GWTDOMAIN.5722.1.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1572: INFO: Duplicated connection to remote domain <WTCDomainId>, drop new connection!

These failures caused TPESVCFAIL or TPETIME in user's OSB application.

What caused these failures and how to fix them?
