Getting “NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.octetstring.vde.operation.LDAPResult” When Trying to Create New User

Unable to create new user from Weblogic Server administration console. When entering user name, password and clicked on OK button, it shows a blank screen.

Admin server log file shows this type of exception:
