Clicking on Error Composite URL Does Not Take You to the Composite Instance

On : 126.96.36.199.0 version, Workflow Service Engine
After receiving a BPEL fault email notification, you click on the Error Composite URL in the email. There are 2 outcomes:
A. If you are not currently logged in to EM, the link takes you to the log in screen. After logging in, you are taken to the IPF partition screen.
B. If you are already logged in to EM, the link takes you to the Flow Instances page and shows the Flow ID information from the email.
After clicking on the Error Composite URL in the email, you are expecting to be taken directly to the composite instance even if you are not currently logged in to EM.
