ISW functionality broken following upgrade to BP

Following the upgrade to BP, ISW stopped functioning with errors similar to the following:

[05/Dec/2016:00:02:19.040 -0500] SEVERE 10 CNN101 CLOUD "Failed to establish a connection to the Sun Java(TM) System Message Queue Broker because of a JMSException: com.sun.messaging.jms.JMSSecurityException: [C4084]: User authentication
failed: CNN101"


[07/Dec/2016:10:00:39 EST] ERROR javax.naming.CommunicationException: [Root exception is Connection timed out: connect]: [Root exception is Connection timed out: connect]
[07/Dec/2016:10:00:39 EST] [B1066]: Closing: ??? 0->ssljms:0 because " Socket is closed". Count: service=0 broker=0
