Symptoms

Using OPAM 11.1.2.3.0:

After enabling the SSL for the Admin and OPAM managed server, then searching to grant privilege account user to end users through the Oracle Privilege Account Manager (OPAM) console, there are no users listed and getting the message "No user found".

And getting the error below in the OPAM logs:
