Users and Their Roles Disappeared from Admin Console After Admin Server Restart in WebLogic Server (Doc ID 2248417.1)

The Embedded LDAP and AD Users disappeared after the Admin Server restart.

The Debugs on Rolemap, Adjudicator,Atn and Atz , didn't help either to identify the issue.

And the only error in the admin log for the user is - [e.g- here , the below error was logged for user "xxxyyy"]
