Goal

In a SOA Suite 12.2.1.1.0 domain, server logs are showing the following warning permanently ( every 10 seconds on all servers in the domain)

What does it mean? The cross-site recovery feature is NOT enabled in the domain and the last change was the configuration of JDBC TLOG Stores for the managed servers.
