OIM/OAM Installation Issues With Deployment Wizard Unable to Reach the Host (Doc ID 2250624.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.3.0 version, IDM Provisioning

OIM/OAM installation issues with deployment wizard

Trying to create a deployment profile after setting JAVA_HOME and running iamDeploymentWizard.sh

Received the following error:
The host could not be reached. It may be down or there may be some network configuration that is preventing it from responding to the request.

We have verified that ping and nslookup are working on fine and the host responds as expected.

ERROR

Error validating the screen "Node Topology Configuration"
the host 'abcdtests04.efg.hijk.com' could not be reached. It may be down, or there may be some network configuration that is preventing it from responding to the request.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the 11.1.2.3 version of LCM (unpatched)
2. Set up a new deployment rsp file
3. Specify OIM+OAM+OMSS+ a new OUD directory
4. Provide the single node hostname to deploy to then see the pop-up error
