The ESSO-LM agent fails to detect a the Oracle Access Manager Authentication Page for a web application defined as a protected resource in Oracle Access Manager.

The ESSO-LM agent is expected to detect the OAM Authentication page and inject the credentials because a template has been defined for the OAM authentication page in the ESSO Administrative Console and published to the repository.

  1. Create and publish an application template defining the URL for the OAM Authentication Page.
  2. Launch the web application in a web browser.
  3. ESSO-LM fails to inject the credentials into the OAM Authentication page after redirection.
