ESSO LM Fails To Inject Credentials Into OAM Authentication Form For Protected Web Application

The ESSO-LM agent fails to detect a the Oracle Access Manager Authentication Page for a web application defined as a protected resource in Oracle Access Manager.
The ESSO-LM agent is expected to detect the OAM Authentication page and inject the credentials because a template has been defined for the OAM authentication page in the ESSO Administrative Console and published to the repository.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Create and publish an application template defining the URL for the OAM Authentication Page.
- Launch the web application in a web browser.
- ESSO-LM fails to inject the credentials into the OAM Authentication page after redirection.
