Can Not Disable JCO Trace On Sap Adapter (Doc ID 2250845.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.1, even after trace is disabled in the SAP Adapter, trace logging is still being output.

Following additional traces are visible in JCO traces located under /oracle/Middleware1221/config/
