Goal

Is it supported to patch Sites 12 to the latest Patched version, such as 12.2.1.2.0 (PatchSet 2) Patch 1, during the migration process before using the Upgrade Assistant for an out of place migration (11g to 12c) or an in place migration?

For example, Sites 12.2.1.2.0 (PatchSet 2) has Patch 1 already released. Can we apply Patch 1 during this migration process before using the Upgrade Assistant?
