Symptoms

The customer has upgraded production systems to Coherence 12.2.1.0.0 since then the customer has been seeing errors in the local storage disabled nodes, "Stopping cluster due to unhandled exception". The reasons seem to be either due to ThreadDeath or ConnectionException.
