When Using WFR Web Verifier To Reclassify An Invoice To Intercompany Error "HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component" Occurs (Doc ID 2252157.1)

Symptoms

Receiving the below error in WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) Web Verifier after reclassifying an Invoice to an Intercompany document.  We do not see this error in the WFR Verifier.

The issue can be reproduced by following these steps:
  1. Select batch while in Batch View.
  2. Open batch to be verified.
  3. Select Options / then "Reclassify Document Manually" (or press F7).
  4. Change Classification from Invoice to Intercompany via the drop-down option.
  5. Error appears in Web Verifier.
