Symptoms

Stuck threads on OSB managed server when activating deployment of OSB components

Over 400 threads were stuck waiting on com.bea.wli.config.transaction.TransactionManager. The stuck threads started occurring after an attempt to activate an osb deployment.

The high number of stuck threads caused the OSB server to go into warning state and multiple INCIDENT_ERROR entries to be created.
