Symptoms

JMS errors are seen when trying to publish to EDN 


<eis/wls/EDNxaTopic EdnBus12c file://wsdl/eis/wls/EDNxaTopic-OUTBOUND.wsdl [ eis/wls/EDNxaTopic-OUTBOUND::enqueue(part,part) ] - Could not invoke operation 'enqueue' due to:

BINDING.JCA-12165
ERRJMS_PROVIDER_ERR.
ERRJMS_PROVIDER_ERR.
Unable to produce message due to JMS provider internal error.
Please examine the log file to determine the problem.
