ODI Interface Not Loading Data Using ODI Standalone Agent, But Working Fine With Local (No Agent)

Symptoms
In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g, data is not loaded through an interface when using a Standalone Agent. However, it does work with Studio's local agent.
It is observed that the C$ temporary tables are not loaded. There are no errors during execution. The same SQL queries, when run directly, do load the data.
