Symptoms
When Imaging Viewer pre-cache is enabled (ViewerCacheEnablePrecache = true), the following error occurs in the Imaging Viewer:
Unable to fully render document {ID}, check server logs for more information. To Download and view locally, use the Download menu item from the file menu of the Viewer.
