Symptoms

Clicking on the following:
http://hostname:8888/webcenter/portal/wccdoc?dDocName=ID_011047

user is redirected to a link like below:

http:///cs/idcplg?IdcService=DOC_INFO_BY_NAME&dDocName=oracle.webcenter.doclib

Note that the dDocName has an incorrect value.

The error on screen is:
Failure of Webserver bridge
No backend server available for connection.

Content Server Log has the following error:
