The application fails to load when selecting browser refresh/reload for any list item on a Mobil page in APEX 5.0.4 or 5.1.1.  

ERR-1002 Unable to find item ID for item " " in application " ".
Unexpected error, unable to find item name at application or page level


The issue does not occur in APEX


Migrated from APEX to APEX The instance was then upgraded to 5.1.1 in order to address <Bug 25136927> - REFRESH/RELOAD BROWSER IN APEX 5.0.4 RESULTS WITH ERROR ERR-1002. The failure is still occurring.
