User was unable to run the EM Agent on Windows 2012 servers. This is the problem that seem s to be identified in Doc ID 2187214.1, however the only solution in that doc is to "revert" to Patch 037 for Tuxedo, and that suggestion is for a version of Tuxedo that User is not on.
Whenever user executed psae.exe user got the following message in a Windows PopUp:
User currently at Tuxedo 12.1.3 RP094 and this is still not working - and has not been working now for several Tux patch levels. The only way this seems to function is if completely un-install Tuxedo RP but that is not an acceptable solution as user needs some of the fixes that are in the Tuxedo 12.1.3 RP up to 094!
User installed Tuxedo 12.1.3 RP094.
