Remote Satellite Server Is Not Performing As Well As Co-resident Satellite Server (Doc ID 2254147.1)

Symptoms

Poor RSS performance vs. WebCenter Sites Content Server is noted during load testing.  The load test on RSS shows terrible performance and cache hits are not increasing as expected in the RSS Cache Inventory. The load test tool eventually reports HTTP GET Response of 500.  However, when the load test bypasses the RSS and goes directly to the ContentServer where Co-Res Satellite Server still functions, the load test shows great performance and the Cache inventory increases appropriately.
