Deployments Are Failing In WebLogic With Error <BEA-149265> (Doc ID 2254181.1)

Symptoms

Resource injection of Destination without jndi name failed when deployment. Deployments are failing on WebLogic versions using patchsets 12.1.3.0.160719 and 12.1.3.0.161018.

Same application works fine with 12.1.2.0.9, 12.1.3.0.3, 12.1.3.0.5, 12.1.3.0.6, 12.1.3.0.7 successfully.

 

Error:
for task "0". Error is: "weblogic.application.ModuleException: The EJB container failed while creating the java:/comp/env namespace for this EJB deployment. NestedException Message is :[J2EE:160241]Error: There are environment entries
 conflict in module amt-service.jar. Multiple environment entries are defined with the same name but different values.
  [J2EE:160223]The resource-env-ref 'com.db.elt.amt.AmtTopic' declared in the standard descriptor or annotation has no JNDI name mapped to it. The resource-env-ref must be mapped to a JNDI name using the resource-env-description element of the weblogic proprietary descriptor or corresponding annotation."
