"JBO-29000:" Error On Submit After Providing Target Account for Entitlement Approval (Doc ID 2254253.1)

This JBO error is thrown when submit the approval for entitlement grant of a user, who has been provisioned multiple accounts with the same resource.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Log into OIM self service and provision an account for multiple times to a user. Make sure the user has multiple provisioned accounts.

2) Log into Self Service console and Submit a request for an entitlement to other users. On hitting the submit button for the entitlement request, the warning pops up

User has multiple accounts where entitlement can be provisioned, please select the account.

3) Goto pending approvals and approve the request level for the above request.

4) Now goto pending approvals -> operation level request. This Request is incomplete as the Provide information composite is not filled.

Provide a Target Account for this entitlement and click submit. You can select any of the target account.

On clicking submit button for operation level.

"JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught:java.lang.NullPointerException, msg=null " is thrown.
